Return Period
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging and condition.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hellosevendinner@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Please pack items carefully — ceramics and glass must be well protected. Items damaged in return transit cannot be refunded.
Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, we'll cover all shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to process it.
Exchanges
Would you like a different item? Please email us — we're happy to help with an exchange if the item is in stock.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the box. Please keep the box and packaging until we've resolved it. We'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Orders Shipped to South Korea
Due to international shipping costs, orders shipped to South Korea can be returned or refunded only if the item arrives damaged or defective.
반품·환불 안내
- 받으신 날로부터 14일 안에 반품하실 수 있어요. 사용하지 않은 상품이어야 하고, 원래 포장과 상태 그대로여야 해요.
- 반품 신청: 주문번호와 반품할 상품을 이메일(hellosevendinner@gmail.com)로 보내주세요. 반품 주소와 방법을 안내해 드려요. 미리 연락 없이 보내신 반품은 받지 못할 수 있어요.
- 반품 배송비는 고객 부담이고, 처음 내신 배송비는 환불되지 않아요. 무료배송으로 받으신 주문은 실제 배송비를 빼고 환불해 드려요. 상품이 파손되었거나 불량이거나 저희가 잘못 보낸 경우에는 배송비를 모두 저희가 부담해요.
- 그릇이나 유리는 반품하실 때 꼼꼼히 포장해 주세요. 반품 배송 중에 깨진 상품은 환불이 어려워요.
- 환불: 반품 상품을 받아서 확인한 뒤 5영업일 안에 원래 결제 수단으로 환불해 드려요.
- 교환: 이메일로 연락 주시면 재고가 있는 상품으로 교환해 드려요.
- 파손·불량: 도착 후 7일 이내에 상품과 박스 사진을 보내주세요. 박스와 포장재는 버리지 말아 주세요. 새 상품으로 보내드리거나 전액 환불해 드려요.
- 반품이 안 되는 상품: 빈티지 상품(한 점뿐인 상품이라 그대로 판매해요), 개봉한 DIY 키트, 맞춤 제작 상품, 기프트카드와 디지털 상품, Final Sale 상품
- 한국 배송 주문은 국제 배송비 때문에 파손이나 불량일 때만 반품·환불해 드려요.
