Do you only sell vintage dishware?

No — we offer both new and vintage pieces. You can find vintage items under "Vintage" in the main menu. All other items are new.

I'm worried that the dishware might break.

We take great care in packaging our dishware securely, ensuring that it arrives safely with minimal risk of breakage. You can rest assured that your order will be delivered with the utmost protection.

Can I purchase new dishware, flatware, and vintage items together?

Yes, you can! Simply add your desired items to the cart and complete your purchase in one order.

Do vintage products have visible wear or damage?

Some vintage pieces may show light signs of age, such as minor crazing or faint utensil marks, which are part of their history. We describe and photograph any notable wear on each product page. Vintage items are final sale, so please review the photos and descriptions carefully.

Are all vintage products second-hand?

Yes, most vintage products are pre-owned, but some may be unused. You can check the detailed condition of each item on the product page.

How should I clean my items?

Vintage dishware: Handwashing with a soft sponge and mild detergent is recommended.

Flatware: Most new flatware is dishwasher-safe, but vintage pieces should be hand-washed for longevity.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive 3–7 business days after shipping. Out-of-stock items may take about 2 weeks to ship. We also ship to South Korea (1–3 weeks). See our Shipping Policy for details.

Can I return or exchange items?

Yes — we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Please email us first to start a return. Vintage items, opened DIY kits, and final sale items can't be returned. See our Refund Policy for details.
